Maths Week 2024

We marked Maths Week last week. It was a fantastic week full of maths games, trails, challenges and learning. The 6th Class girls took part in a maths trail throughout the week. This showed how we can link our surroundings to maths. We see maths every day without even noticing.

We also had the opportunity to put all our knowledge of maths into practice when we took part in a maths quiz in the Halla. It was a tight competition. Furthermore, the girls planned and organised creative maths stations for the three infant classes. It was great fun and we hope the girls loved it also.

The Maths Escape Room was a haunting challenge but a great success for all involved. We hope everyone enjoyed the week as much as we did!
