On Tuesday, 23rd September, we celebrated National Fitness Day by taking part in energetic circuits with Ms. Coughlan’s 6th Class. The activities were a great way to remind us how important it is to stay active every day and to see how even a small bit of exercise can make a big difference to our health and wellbeing.
