Bunscoil Bhríde Debaters through to Kildare Quarter Finals!

A huge congratulations to the girls on the debate team, who were successful in proposing the motion ‘Getting Rid of Plastic in Oceans is just a Dream’. They completed the debate over zoom against Scoil na Naomh Uilig, Newbridge. The team consisted of Ava Haughan, Lily Broderick, Alice Beary, Orna Manning, Róise Stenson, Róisín Mather, Rósie Ryan, Anna Kenna, Brooke Redfern, Clara O’ Loughlin and Maria Pop. The girls showed incredible teamwork, passion and confidence during the entire debate, and were highly commended by the adjudicators. We are very proud of the entire team. Congratulations to the girls and their mentors, Ms Banks, Ms Costello and Ms Dillon!
