Go Blue for Bluebells!

We celebrated Bluebells Day on Wednesday, 2nd April, as a way to promote understanding and awareness of autism within our school community. The day was a great success! It was a non-uniform day, and the children proudly ‘wore blue for Bluebells’. Each class took part in learning activities about autism and had the opportunity to visit the Bluebells Classroom, where they experienced our specially designed sensory room—a welcoming and supportive space.

We want to thank everyone most sincerely for their generous support of the day. A total of €2049 was raised to date. We are excited to share that these funds will go towards purchasing a climbing frame and playhouse with a slide for the Bluebells Playground. These structures are built to meet strict school safety standards and will make the playground suitable for use by entire classes. This project would not be possible without your incredible support.
