Local Heroes Challenge
On Friday 30th April we had a Feel Good Friday and celebrated our local heroes.
As part of this we have reached out to some of our past pupils who have gone on to a very high level at their chosen sport. Each of our local heroes have recorded a challenge for us.
Niamh Gorey: TY student in Ardscoil Rath Iomagháin won a number of medals with the Leinster Special Olympics Team for athletics and javelin.
Caoimhe Byrne: Plays hockey for Ireland and is training for the European championships this summer.
Eadaoin Connolly: Local GAA star, plays GAA with Rathangan and Kildare.
