Science Week!

The girls in 6th class had an amazing science week full of fun and exciting experiments and explorations.

Ms. de Faoite’s 6th Class, Ms. Marrinan’s 5th and 6th Class and Ms. Bank’s 5th Class came together during Science Week 2023 and organised a spectacular science fair. Each group had a week to research, plan and organise an experiment. They demonstrated it for all classes at the science fair on Friday 17th November. The girls had the challenge of not only demonstrating the experiment but also explaining what was happening and the science behind it. Well done to all the girls 6th class. They did a fantastic job and it was a very enjoyable day for all!

The girls got the opportunity to investigate the Beebots and how they work during the week with Ms Kelly.

Finally, we had a special visitor, Barbara, come to our school. She helped us to explore the biodiversity around the school grounds. It was a great week!!
